Article 4 prohibits slavery, servitude and forced labour. The tories want to bring them all back (some would argue that they already have).

The tories want to abolish the European Convention on Human Rights. Article 3 prevents the use of torture. By abolishing the convention they give the government the right to torture people.

The European Convention on Human Rights, Article 2: The Right to Life
The Right to Life, which is enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights, will no longer exist if the tories get re-elected in 2015. This would mean that the state would no longer have to:
- Refrain from unlawful killing
- Investigate suspicious deaths
- Have a duty to prevent foreseeable deaths
